- Grants a stack-able -5 % per Token Cool-down time reduction on successful Basic Attacks, up to a maximum of 30/35/40 %.
Keep Them Waiting freezes its current Token Count once the Obsession is sacrificed or killed.
You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
