Walkthrough

A figure locked inside a mirror west of Emberwood Village needs ritual reagents and their scattered memories restored so they can return to reality.

   Speak to the mirror

   Travel west of Emberwood Village, past the green dragon, and talk to the mirror — crying audio plays as you approach. The trapped figure explains that a necromancer sealed them inside decades ago and asks you to gather dragon blood, a copy of their spellbook and some spectral silver thread.

   Collect the reagents

   Get dragon blood by killing the green dragon near the mirror or by hunting dragon wolves elsewhere in Fellhollow. For the spellbook, head into Emberwood Village — either by having progressed that far in Withering Heights, or by awakening the statues afresh on a new world — then search the ruined windmill for a bedraggled spellbook.

   Trade with Edna

   Find Edna's skeleton in Dragon's Run, in a crumbling stone house beside a willow grove and a rundown gateway, sitting back into a corner on the right. Hand over these reagents: 1 silver bar, 1 fine thread, and 1 sacred oil, plus 6 soul fragments, and she produces the spectral silver thread.

   Light the memorial candles

   Give the three reagents to the figure at the mirror, then light each memory candle marked in blue on your map. In Fellhollow the candle sits beside the mirror. Ghornfell holds three: one in the Fractured Plains, next to a tiny lake lying south-south-east from Velgar's Rise; one on the Stormtouched Highlands cliff edge, a short distance north-east from the garou castle; and one west from the Bloodblight Swamp garou camp, on the road toward the bloodwood tree. Brynmoor has two: one beside a huge swamp tree on the third island counting west from the Whispering Swamp vault, and one in Bramblemead Valley south from the Crasorak Kara vault, on the clifftop tucked behind the rocks.

   Complete the ritual

   Return to the mirror with every candle lit. The figure begins a ritual that takes roughly a week, so you do not need to wait around — speak to them to claim your reward.
