Goblin Diplomacy

Walkthrough

Zanik senses a prophecy forming in two goblin-held sites, and sends you to recover both Bandosian amulets before it comes to pass.

1. 1

   Speak to Zanik

Find her on the ridge in Bramblemead Valley. She points you to the Outlook Ruins north-east and the Adventurer's Guild south, both overrun by goblins. Build a lodestone at Zanik first, as you will return to her at the end.

   Claim the first Bandosian amulet

Choose either the Outlook Ruins or the Adventurer's Guild. Both contain a reliquary holding a Bandosian amulet, yet only one may be looted; a garou druid makes off with whichever you leave behind. In the ruins, the reliquary hides away in a corner, while the guild's sits behind thorny vines that need 20 Woodcutting and carries far greater danger, so the ruins make the easier choice.

   Question a caged goblin

Bilegut stands outside the Outlook Ruins and Wormelbow outside the Adventurer's Guild. Before you hold an amulet, either will reveal its reliquary for a steak. Once you have looted one amulet, clear the goblins around the caged goblin at the other site and speak to it; it reveals that a beastman in garou form has carried the second Bandosian amulet away to a Whispering Swamp cave.

   Defeat the garou druid

Enter the Druid's Cave at the very bottom of the Whispering Swamp, so descend into the swamp first or you will run above the entrance. Kill the garou druid inside to claim the second Bandosian amulet. It poisons heavily, so attack at range and dodge its poison thorns.

   Return to Zanik
