Doric wants four dragonkin statues activated to break the seal on the Skekven Kara vault, and the secret hidden inside translated.

   Speak to Doric

   Doric can be found in a ruined cave east of the Lake of Lost Souls. He explains that magic seals the vault door, and it will not open until four dragonkin statues have been activated.

   Activate the accessible statues

   One statue stands outside the cave entrance before you go in. Another is south-west of Doric behind a giant pillar — bring a torch or the Fire Spirit spell if the area is dark.

   Reach the raised statues

   A third statue rests atop the pillar that stands due west of Doric, while the last one lies to Doric's north-west beyond some rot. Use Windstep (5 air runes) or build foundations and stairs to climb, and break the cracked wall at the north-west statue with a pickaxe.

   Enter Skekven Kara

   With all four statues active, enter the Skekven Kara vault. Bring plenty of cooked food, clean water and strong gear — skeletons, dragon wolves and vault guardians patrol inside.

   Find the dragonkin statue

   In the entry room, find the staircase at the vault's centre. At the second-highest point on the stairs, Windstep lets you slip through a gap in the wall to the south. Interact with the dragonkin statue in that cavern to learn its secrets for Doric to translate.
